Activities

Safaris and tours will be organized by our partner Zungulila Safaris & Tours

Game drives, boat cruises, and fishing can be organized upon request with Zungulila Safaris who are based in our camp.

Checking in and checking out

Check in is normally 14.00 hrs and check out 10.00 hrs - please let us know if you need to a late check out and we will accommodate where possible.

We offer special rates and conditions for anyone staying for longer terms. Please enquire.

Conditions of Booking and Payment

Full payment is required when booking. Booking will only be confirmed after payment. 

Payments can be made by bank transfer as detailed on our invoice. Please note, that bank transfer costs must be borne by the guest. We do not provide credit card or other bank services on site. On site payments can be done in cash, preferably in Zambian Kwachas, but we also accept US dollars, UK Pounds or Euros using the rate of the day.

CONFIRMATIONS AND CANCELLATIONS


Full Payment is required to confirm a reservation

Any cancellation of a confirmed booking within

21 days 25% cancellation fee

14 days 50% cancellation fee

Insurance Conditions

Anyone staying at Masau River Camp must carry his or her own adequate comprehensive personal travel, cancellation and medical insurance. Please take into consideration that  wild animals are able to roam around the area freely.

By requesting a quote or reservation you understand and agree to the conditions as mentioned above, unless otherwise agreed.

Note on extra services

As we are self catering  please be aware that you are expected to bring your own food and drinks, including drinking water.

You will need to you do your (last) shopping and refuelling in Chirundu.
